This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund procedures for Bloxarynaziu handicraft and textile workshops.

Workshop Cancellations by Participants

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our business.

Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Workshop

If you cancel your workshop registration more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation 3-7 Days Before Workshop

Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. This partial refund reflects our costs for materials already prepared and the reduced opportunity to fill your spot.

Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Workshop

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are not eligible for refunds. Materials have been prepared specifically for your participation, and we cannot fill the spot on short notice.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop without prior cancellation will not receive any refund.

Rescheduling Workshops

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your needs:

  • You may reschedule your workshop one time without penalty if done more than 7 days before the original date
  • Rescheduling requests made 3-7 days before the workshop incur a $15 administrative fee
  • Rescheduling is not available less than 3 days before the workshop date
  • Rescheduled workshops must be completed within 6 months of the original booking date

Workshop Cancellations by Bloxarynaziu

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a workshop due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Instructor illness or emergency
  • Facility issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel your workshop, you will receive:

  • Full refund of all fees paid, or
  • Option to transfer to another available workshop date
  • Priority registration for future workshops

We will notify you if we need to cancel a workshop, typically at least 48 hours in advance.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for registration. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Transfer of Registration

Workshop registrations may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:

  • Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the workshop date
  • The new participant must meet any prerequisites for the workshop
  • A $10 administrative fee applies to registration transfers
  • All original registration terms and conditions apply to the new participant

Materials and Supplies

All materials and supplies provided during workshops are included in your registration fee. Items you create during the workshop are yours to keep. We do not offer refunds for unused materials or supplies.

Weather and Emergency Situations

In the event of severe weather or emergency situations that prevent you from attending your workshop:

  • Contact us promptly
  • We will work with you to reschedule without penalty
  • Documentation of the emergency may be required

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us directly. We will review your case individually and work to find a fair solution.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests are processed during business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
