This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund procedures for Bloxarynaziu handicraft and textile workshops.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our business.
If you cancel your workshop registration more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. This partial refund reflects our costs for materials already prepared and the reduced opportunity to fill your spot.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are not eligible for refunds. Materials have been prepared specifically for your participation, and we cannot fill the spot on short notice.
Participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop without prior cancellation will not receive any refund.

All approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for registration. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Workshop registrations may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:
All materials and supplies provided during workshops are included in your registration fee. Items you create during the workshop are yours to keep. We do not offer refunds for unused materials or supplies.
In the event of severe weather or emergency situations that prevent you from attending your workshop:
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us directly. We will review your case individually and work to find a fair solution.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests are processed during business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
